To win this competition, you need to present an attractive compensation package.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 To do this effectively, always keep the following principles in mind:<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>\u25fd\ufe0f 1. Identify the candidate\u2019s current salary and expected salary early<\/h3>\n<p>By knowing these two numbers, you can determine the appropriate range for your offer. Consider the candidate\u2019s working conditions when evaluating their current compensation<\/h3>\n<p>For example, the candidate may currently have a long commute, while your company is much closer.
