• Identifying and introducing economically active women in the fields of industry, agriculture, and services
• Developing and launching a comprehensive database of economically active women in the mentioned sectors
• Advocating for the legitimate and legal rights of members at national and international levels
• Protecting and defending the professional and sectoral interests of women in the economy at national and international levels
• Establishing communication and cooperation with relevant domestic and international organizations and associations of women economic actors
• Promoting and strengthening entrepreneurial thinking among young women, students, and emerging professionals
• Enhancing resource productivity, production capacity, and technological innovation transfer
• Joining relevant national and international federations of employer associations in accordance with legal regulations
• Safeguarding the shared rights and interests of member companies and institutions
• Promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) and encouraging members to adopt CSR practices toward sustainable development
• Collaborating with educational and academic institutions to promote a culture of entrepreneurship among women
• Working to increase women’s economic participation at national and international levels
